Wave Agency

Wave Workforce · The Agentic Workforce Platform

A crew that works while you sleep.

Wave Workforce is our own agentic platform, built in house and trained on how your business actually runs. Agents watch your numbers and your market, handle the repeatable work across every department, and act inside the guardrails you set. An autonomous workforce, or an optimizer for the one you already have. We run this agency on it.

Why It Exists

Your competitors do not move on a monthly schedule.

The standard agency rhythm is a report at the end of the month and a meeting a week after that. By the time anyone reads it, the thing worth reacting to happened five weeks ago. Wave Workforce closes that gap to nothing.

The Old Way

Find out in four weeks.

A competitor outbids you on a Tuesday. Your agency notices at the monthly review. You discuss it the following week. The move is six weeks old before anyone acts on it.

  • Monthly reporting cadence
  • Manual competitor checks
  • Budget reviewed when someone remembers
  • Reviews answered whenever
With Wave Workforce

Handled by morning.

The same move is detected as it happens, judged against your goals and your margins, countered inside the rules you set, and waiting in your dashboard with the reasoning written out.

  • Continuous monitoring
  • Competitors watched by name
  • Spend reallocated as it drifts
  • Reputation handled while it matters

The Operating Loop

Watch. Decide. Act. Report.

The same four steps, running continuously, on every channel we manage for you. The difference between this and a dashboard is step three.

01

Watch

Your numbers, your market, and every competitor you name, monitored continuously.

02

Decide

Trained on your business, so a move is judged against your margins and your goals, not a generic benchmark.

03

Act

Adjustments go live inside the guardrails you set, at three in the morning if that is when it matters.

04

Report

Every action is logged in plain language and visible in your dashboard the moment it happens.

Trained on your business, not on the internet. It learns your services, your margins, your seasonality, your service area, and the competitors that actually take your customers. A move that is right for a national brand can be wrong for a practice in Melville, and the platform is built to know the difference.

What It Watches

Your side of the market, and theirs.

You name the competitors. It tracks them alongside your own numbers, continuously, so the comparison is always current rather than assembled for a meeting.

Competitor RankingsWhere they gain on you, and on which terms.
Your Search PositionMovement by keyword, page, and location.
Paid PerformanceSpend, cost per lead, and what is drifting.
Social SignalsWhat lands, what dies, and what they are running.
Reviews and MentionsNew reviews and brand mentions as they appear.
Your Own FunnelCalls, forms, and bookings, tied back to source.

What It Does About It

Monitoring is the easy half.

Plenty of tools will tell you something changed. This is built to do something about it, inside limits you set, and to write down what it did and why.

Counters a competitorA rival moves on one of your terms and short-term placements go up against them the same day, not at the next monthly review.
Reallocates paid spendBudget shifts toward what is converting and away from what is not, continuously rather than whenever someone opens the account.
Retunes keywordsTargeting and on-page priorities move with the market instead of waiting for the next quarterly audit.
Stages campaignsWork is queued, sequenced, and timed against what your audience is actually responding to.
Handles reputation liveA new review or mention is surfaced, drafted, and routed for approval while it still matters.
Flags what needs a humanAnything outside its guardrails stops and comes to you, rather than being guessed at.
24/7

Every aspect of your brand, monitored, managed, and optimized around the clock.

Search, paid, social, placements, and reputation, all held by one system that does not go home at six, does not take a holiday, and does not wait for the next scheduled review to notice something worth acting on.

The Agents

The individual builds.

An agent is not a chatbot. It takes steps, uses your tools, and finishes a job end to end. We scope each one to a real task with a real measure of success, then build it on your systems.

Research Agents

Gather, verify, and brief, so decisions start from something real.

Production Agents

Draft, build, and format the work, on brand and to spec.

Operations Agents

Run the routine: scheduling, follow-up, status, and handoffs.

Data Agents

Move it, clean it, reconcile it, and keep it current across systems.

Customer Agents

Answer, qualify, book, and follow up, with a person behind them.

Watchdog Agents

Monitor a number or a competitor and raise a flag the moment it moves.

Every agent has a job and a number. We do not deploy an agent because it is interesting. It gets scoped to a task somebody is doing today, with a measure of whether it is doing it better, and it is retired if it is not.

The Console

Where you configure them.

The console is where the rules get written, the work gets approved, and you watch what your agents are doing in real time. No code, and no ticket to us to change a limit.

Set the GuardrailsLimits, ceilings, and no-go zones.
Approve the WorkAnything you asked to see first.
Watch It RunLive activity, not a monthly PDF.
Read the LogEvery action and its reasoning.
Assign the PeopleWho approves what, and when.
Stop ItOne switch, everything pauses.

The API

Wire it into what you already run.

Wave Workforce is not a walled garden. The API lets your own systems trigger agents, read results, and push data back, so the platform becomes part of your stack rather than another tab your team has to remember.

Your CRM fires an event. An agent picks it up. The result lands back in your system, not in ours.

Content

Written, approved, out the door.

Agents draft to your brief and your house style, route it to the right editor, schedule it, and ship it to every channel you own. The chase email stops being anybody’s job.

01

Draft

Agents research and write to your brief, your voice, and your house style.

02

Route

It goes to the right editor, in the right order, with nothing waiting on a chase email.

03

Schedule

Approved work lands on the calendar, timed to the audience rather than to a spreadsheet.

04

Ship

Out to every channel you own, formatted correctly for each one, and logged.

Running a whole publication is a different job. Agents producing your blog, your email and your landing pages is this platform. A newsroom, print issues, a reader community and your own ad inventory is Wave Publisher, which is what our two titles run on.

Social

Show up everywhere, every day.

Creative built from your own assets and voice, sequenced across every network you run, with a person signing off before anything publishes unless you decide otherwise.

01

Create

Creative built to your brand: carousels, cards, cutdowns, and copy, from your own assets and voice.

02

Queue

Sequenced across every network you run, timed to your audience rather than to a posting quota.

03

Approve

A person signs off before anything publishes, unless you decide otherwise.

04

Publish

Out to every network, in the right format, and measured from the moment it lands.

On-Brand by ConstructionYour palette, type, logo, and voice are the template, so nothing off-brand can ship.
Every NetworkInstagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Business, from one queue.
Multi-BrandRun one brand or fifty, each with its own kit, calendar, and approval chain.
Competitor WatchWhat the other side is posting, how it is performing, and where the gap is.
Reporting That ReadsWhat ran, what it did, and what changed as a result, in plain language.
Nothing Goes DarkThe calendar stays full whether or not anyone remembered to fill it.

Deployment

It runs wherever your rules say it can.

Some teams want the crew reaching in from outside. Some cannot let anything leave the building. Both are the same platform, installed differently, and it is a decision you make rather than a different thing to buy.

On PremiseInside your own network, on your own hardware. Nothing leaves the building.
Your CloudInstalled in your own AWS, Azure, GCP, or Cloudflare account. Your bill, your controls.
Our Cloud, Your TenantWe host and maintain it, isolated to you, with no data shared across clients.
Fully ExternalRuns entirely outside your walls and reaches in only through integrations you approve.

The Honest Version

Make the workforce you have more productive, or replace part of it.

Both are real, both are things clients buy, and which one you choose is a business decision rather than a technical one. We would rather say that plainly than sell you a euphemism.

Enhance

Your team stops doing the tedious half.

The most common outcome, and the one we usually recommend first. The people you already have move to the work that actually needs a person, and the agents take the procedural half of every role: the keying, the chasing, the checking, the reporting.

  • No headcount change
  • Faster turnaround on the routine
  • Your team does higher-value work
  • Easiest to get buy-in for internally
Replace

A role you do not need to fill.

Some companies run a crew instead of making a hire, or instead of backfilling a role that came open. That is a legitimate use and we will build for it, on functions that are well defined and repeatable enough to be run without a person watching.

  • A vacancy you can leave open
  • Scale without a hiring cycle
  • Predictable cost per function
  • Best on well-defined, repeatable roles

What we will not do is pretend this is only ever additive. If you are weighing a crew against a hire, that is a conversation worth having plainly rather than one to have after the fact.

The Crew

Every line of the business, not just marketing.

If a person can do it at a keyboard, an agent can be trained to do it. These are the departments a crew covers today.

Back Office & AdminData entry, filing, document handling, internal requests, record keeping.
Finance & AccountingInvoicing, AP and AR chasing, expense coding, reconciliation, reporting packs.
OperationsScheduling, dispatch, inventory checks, vendor follow-up, status updates.
Distribution & LogisticsOrder entry, shipment tracking, carrier chasing, exceptions, delivery notices.
Procurement & VendorsPurchase orders, quote comparison, contract dates, renewal reminders.
Customer ServiceIntake, first-line support, order status, returns, and follow-up.
SalesLead qualification, CRM hygiene, quoting, proposal prep, pipeline follow-up.
MarketingProduction, scheduling, reporting, and the repetitive half of campaign work.
HR & RecruitingJob posts, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding paperwork.
IT & Help DeskAccess requests, ticket triage, provisioning, and first-line answers.
Data & ReportingMoving data between systems, cleaning it, reconciling it, keeping it current.
Compliance & RecordsDocument collection, retention checks, audit prep, exception logs.

Guardrails

What it may do on its own.

Every one of these is a thing a security or compliance reviewer asks about on the first call. Written as what the system does, never as an accreditation.

Sandboxed by DefaultEach agent runs isolated, scoped to the systems its work needs and nothing beyond them.
Scoped PermissionsRead where reading is enough. Write only where writing is the job. Reviewed before it goes live.
Human ApprovalYou set what runs unattended and what stops and waits for a person to say yes.
A Permanent LogEvery action, input, and output recorded in plain language. The log is yours.
Data ResidencyYour data stays where your rules say it stays, including models that never send a prompt outside your network.
A Stop ButtonHalt one agent or the whole crew instantly, from your own console, without opening a ticket.

The offer is a page of its own. What a crew costs, how it is scoped, and which departments to start with live on AI Workforce. This page is the platform underneath it.

Your Dashboard

Full visibility, whenever you want it.

Your dashboard comes with the engagement. Sign in whenever you want and see exactly what moved, what changed, and why.

What Moved

Your position, your spend, and your funnel, current rather than compiled last month.

Every Action, Logged

What the platform changed, when, and the reasoning behind it, in plain language.

What Needs You

Anything outside the guardrails waits for your approval instead of being guessed at.

The Competitive Picture

Where each competitor you named is gaining, holding, or losing against you.

Your Guardrails

The limits you set, visible and editable, so you always know what it can and cannot do.

The Humans On It

The platform does not replace your team at Wave. Senior people still own the strategy and read the same screen you do.

The Platforms

Three platforms, three live businesses.

Wave Workforce runs this agency. Wave Publisher runs our two titles. Wave Community runs the Melville Chamber. Each one is licensable on its own.

Owned & Partner Properties

We run our own businesses on it first.

Three platforms we wrote, and the live businesses running on them. Two titles we publish on Wave Publisher, a chamber of commerce we run with its board on Wave Community, and a consumer app of our own. Wave Ads is the ad server inside the first two.

Common Questions

Questions clients ask.

Does this replace my account team?+
No. Wave Workforce handles the continuous work a person cannot do at three in the morning: watching, comparing, and adjusting. A seasoned CMO still owns your strategy, and senior people still read the same dashboard you do. The platform makes them faster, it does not stand in for them.
What does "trained on your business" actually mean?+
During onboarding we load what makes your business specific: services and margins, service area, seasonality, your best and worst customer types, brand rules, and the competitors that actually take your work. It judges every possible move against that, not against a generic industry benchmark.
Can it spend my money without asking?+
Only inside the ceilings you set, and only in the ways you approve up front. Reallocating budget between ad sets under a fixed total is a normal in-guardrail action. Raising the total is not, unless you explicitly allow it. Anything outside the rules stops and waits for you.
Do I have to use Wave for everything to get it?+
No. It works on whichever channels we manage. Plenty of clients start with one, usually paid or search, and widen it once they can see what it is doing.
Who owns the data and the accounts?+
You do. Your ad accounts, your analytics, and your data stay yours, and you keep them if we ever part ways. We work inside your accounts rather than holding them in ours.
Can we run it on our own infrastructure?+
Yes. Deployment is a choice, not a different product: your own cloud, our cloud in a tenant of your own, or on premise inside your network, run by your own team.
Is it available to license?+
Yes. Agencies and larger in-house teams can license Wave Workforce to run themselves, the same way a publication can license Wave Publisher. Talk to us about what that looks like.
