The Market

Our headquarters is in Suffolk.

Our Melville headquarters sits in Suffolk County, so this is home turf. Suffolk is large and varied, with dense commercial corridors along the Expressway, beach communities on both shores, and the seasonal economy of the East End, and each one calls for a different approach.

Geography is the defining factor. Suffolk covers far more ground than Nassau, so a service business here is often choosing between covering a wide radius thinly or owning a tight cluster of towns completely. We usually recommend the second, then expanding outward once each town is genuinely held.

The county line is not your service area. Suffolk runs roughly eighty-five miles end to end, and drive time rather than geography decides who you can profitably serve. A contractor in Melville and one in Riverhead share a county and almost nothing else. The honest way to draw a Suffolk service area is to start at your door, decide how far a van or a technician can travel and still leave the job worth doing, and market inside that line instead of to the county. The Expressway and the Sunrise and Montauk corridors shape those lines more than any boundary on a map, because they decide what is twenty minutes away and what is fifty.

It is also worth saying plainly that Suffolk is two economies sharing one name. The western end, through Huntington, Babylon, and Islip, behaves much like Nassau: dense, competitive, several direct rivals within a few miles, decided on local search position and response speed. East of Brookhaven it thins out and turns seasonal, where a business may be the only real option for miles but demand arrives in waves. Those two halves want opposite plans, and a single county-wide campaign usually serves the half it was not designed for. We build them separately, and the East End gets its own approach again.

We help Suffolk businesses win local search, build sites that perform, and reach customers through both paid channels and our owned Long Island media, all from an office most clients can reach in under half an hour.

What We Do Here

Marketing built for Suffolk County.

One in-house team covering the whole stack for Suffolk County businesses, so the strategy, the site, the campaigns and the software all point the same direction.

The Unfair Advantage

Most agencies rent reach in Suffolk County. We own ours.

Any agency can buy you ads here. When the budget stops, so does the reach. We publish two Long Island titles ourselves, end to end, which means Suffolk County clients can earn coverage a competitor cannot outbid.

Built In-House

An intelligent ad network runs both titles.

We did not bolt an ad exchange onto our publications. We built the ad server. Advertisers, creative, placements, and reporting all live in our own system on Cloudflare's edge, which means no Google ad tag, no auction taking a cut, and no third party sitting between a brand and the readers we spent years earning.

01 / Decisions at Request Time

Every slot filled on the fly

Placements are not hardcoded. As a page is served, the network reads the slot, pulls the advertisers eligible for it, and rotates between them, so a position is shared fairly instead of belonging to whoever booked first.

02 / Format-Aware Creative

The right shape, every time

Each placement declares the format it accepts, and the network matches creative to it. A wide banner is never squeezed into a square, and an Enhanced buy runs its banner and its box as two pieces of real inventory.

03 / Counted at the Source

Numbers that actually happened

Impressions and clicks are recorded by our own server as they occur, not by a tracking pixel an ad blocker can drop. Reporting reflects what ran, broken out by placement.

04 / Nothing Follows the Reader

First-party by design

There is no third-party ad tag anywhere on the site. Pages stay fast, the sites ship a strict content security policy, and reader data never leaves the publication.

Two packages. Standard places your creative in the square units across the site. Enhanced adds a wide banner and runs both, so your brand competes for every slot on the page. Each title keeps its own advertisers, its own creative, and its own numbers. Nothing is pooled, and nothing is resold through a network we do not control.

On the Map

Suffolk County on the map, and the towns we cover in it.

Every Long Island town we publish a guide for is pinned below. The rings are 15 and 30 miles from our Melville office.

Common Questions

Suffolk County, answered.

Where exactly are you located in Suffolk County?

Our headquarters is at 200 Broadhollow Road, Suite 207 in Melville, on the Route 110 corridor. Most Suffolk clients are a short drive away.

Suffolk is huge. How wide should our marketing reach?

Usually narrower than owners expect at first. Owning a tight cluster of towns completely tends to return more than spreading a budget thin across the whole county, and it gives you a base to expand from.

Do you handle seasonal businesses out east?

Yes. East End businesses run on a season that has to pay for the year, which means the build happens in the off months and the spend concentrates when demand peaks. See our East End page for how we approach it.

Can we meet in person?

Of course. Most Suffolk clients are minutes from Melville, and we regularly hold strategy sessions at our office or at yours.

How far should our service radius actually reach?

As far as a van can travel and still leave the job profitable, which is almost always less than the county. We would rather help you own a tight cluster of towns completely than appear thinly across eighty-five miles.

Is western Suffolk really different from the east?

Different enough to need its own plan. The west is dense and competitive like Nassau; east of Brookhaven it thins out and turns seasonal. One campaign covering both usually underserves whichever half it was not built for.
