Wave Agency

Wave Platforms

We build the AI. We don't license it.

Four agentic platforms, written in house and trained on every client we run. They watch your market, publish your content, run your social, and take on the repeatable work inside your own building. Around the clock, with you able to see all of it whenever you want.

Why This Matters

Most agencies resell somebody else's software.

They buy a license, mark it up, and pass you the invoice. When the tool cannot do what your business needs, the answer is that the tool cannot do it. We wrote ours, so the answer is that we will change it.

Licensed Tools

The vendor's roadmap, not yours.

Generic behavior tuned for the average customer, a feature request that goes into a queue behind ten thousand others, and a marked-up bill for the privilege.

  • Built for the average client
  • Changes take quarters, if ever
  • Marked up on your invoice
  • Your data on their terms
Built In-House

Trained on your business.

Our own engineers, our own code, and a platform that learns your margins, your seasonality, and the competitors that actually take your customers.

  • Shaped to how you operate
  • Changes ship in days
  • No license to mark up
  • Your data stays yours
24/7

Every aspect of your business, monitored, managed, and optimized around the clock.

Search, paid media, social, placements, reputation, and the operational work behind all of it. Held by systems that do not go home at six, do not take a holiday, and do not wait for the next scheduled review to notice something worth acting on.

Your Dashboard

See what is happening with your brand, at any time.

Your dashboard comes with the engagement. Sign in whenever you want and see exactly what moved, what changed, and why. Every action the platforms take is written down in plain language, alongside the reasoning behind it and anything waiting on your approval.

No monthly PDF. No waiting for a meeting to find out what happened.

Autonomy without visibility is just a black box. The dashboard is not a reporting bolt-on, it is the thing that makes an always-on system safe to hand your marketing to. You can always see what it did, why, and what it is about to do next.

Licensing

Use them through us, or run them yourself.

Wave clients have access to these platforms as part of their engagement. They are also licensable on their own, for agencies, franchisors, publishers, and in-house teams that would rather operate the software than buy the service. Same platform either way.

Common Questions

Questions clients ask.

Do I have to use all four?+
No. Most clients start with one. Swell is the usual entry point because it works on whatever channels we already manage; Signal is the other common first step for a brand that has gone quiet. They compound when you run more of them, but nothing requires it.
Is this an extra line on my invoice?+
The platforms come with your engagement rather than as a separate license we mark up. That is the whole advantage of having written them ourselves. Licensing them to run independently is a different arrangement, and we will price that plainly.
Does this mean fewer humans on my account?+
It means the humans on your account spend their time on strategy and judgment instead of pulling reports and checking dashboards. A seasoned CMO and CTO still oversee every engagement. See how we are set up.
What if we already have tools we like?+
Then we work with them. The platforms connect to what you already run through their APIs, and Swell API exists so your own systems can trigger and read from ours. Replacing a tool that is working is rarely worth the disruption.
Who owns what the platforms produce?+
You do. Your content, your accounts, your data, and your audience, all yours, and you keep them if we ever part ways.
How new is all this?+
The platforms are new as named products. The engineering underneath them is not: we have been building custom software and AI since long before it was a category, our own publications have been running on this stack for years, and the team shipping it is the same in-house group that has been here since 2001.
