Wave Agency

Swell · The Core Agentic Platform

Your agents, always working.

Swell is our own agentic platform, built in house and trained on how your business actually runs. It watches your numbers and the competitors you name, and it makes the adjustments itself, around the clock. Not a monthly report on what happened. A system that already handled it.

Why It Exists

Your competitors do not move on a monthly schedule.

The standard agency rhythm is a report at the end of the month and a meeting a week after that. By the time anyone reads it, the thing worth reacting to happened five weeks ago. Swell closes that gap to nothing.

The Old Way

Find out in four weeks.

A competitor outbids you on a Tuesday. Your agency notices at the monthly review. You discuss it the following week. The move is six weeks old before anyone acts on it.

  • Monthly reporting cadence
  • Manual competitor checks
  • Budget reviewed when someone remembers
  • Reviews answered whenever
With Swell

Handled by morning.

The same move is detected as it happens, judged against your goals and your margins, countered inside the rules you set, and waiting in your dashboard with the reasoning written out.

  • Continuous monitoring
  • Competitors watched by name
  • Spend reallocated as it drifts
  • Reputation handled while it matters

The Operating Loop

Watch. Decide. Act. Report.

The same four steps, running continuously, on every channel we manage for you. The difference between Swell and a dashboard is step three.

01

Watch

Your numbers, your market, and every competitor you name, monitored continuously.

02

Decide

Trained on your business, so a move is judged against your margins and your goals, not a generic benchmark.

03

Act

Adjustments go live inside the guardrails you set, at three in the morning if that is when it matters.

04

Report

Every action is logged in plain language and visible in your dashboard the moment it happens.

Trained on your business, not on the internet. Swell learns your services, your margins, your seasonality, your service area, and the competitors that actually take your customers. A move that is right for a national brand can be wrong for a practice in Melville, and the platform is built to know the difference.

What It Watches

Your side of the market, and theirs.

You name the competitors. Swell tracks them alongside your own numbers, continuously, so the comparison is always current rather than assembled for a meeting.

Competitor RankingsWhere they gain on you, and on which terms.
Your Search PositionMovement by keyword, page, and location.
Paid PerformanceSpend, cost per lead, and what is drifting.
Social SignalsWhat lands, what dies, and what they are running.
Reviews and MentionsNew reviews and brand mentions as they appear.
Your Own FunnelCalls, forms, and bookings, tied back to source.

What It Does About It

Monitoring is the easy half.

Plenty of tools will tell you something changed. Swell is built to do something about it, inside limits you set, and to write down what it did and why.

Counters a competitorA rival moves on one of your terms and short-term placements go up against them the same day, not at the next monthly review.
Reallocates paid spendBudget shifts toward what is converting and away from what is not, continuously rather than whenever someone opens the account.
Retunes keywordsTargeting and on-page priorities move with the market instead of waiting for the next quarterly audit.
Stages campaignsWork is queued, sequenced, and timed against what your audience is actually responding to.
Handles reputation liveA new review or mention is surfaced, drafted, and routed for approval while it still matters.
Flags what needs a humanAnything outside its guardrails stops and comes to you, rather than being guessed at.
24/7

Every aspect of your brand, monitored, managed, and optimized around the clock.

Search, paid, social, placements, and reputation, all held by one system that does not go home at six, does not take a holiday, and does not wait for the next scheduled review to notice something worth acting on.

Swell Agents

The individual builds.

An agent is not a chatbot. It takes steps, uses your tools, and finishes a job end to end. We scope each one to a real task with a real measure of success, then build it on your systems.

Research Agents

Gather, verify, and brief, so decisions start from something real.

Production Agents

Draft, build, and format the work, on brand and to spec.

Operations Agents

Run the routine: scheduling, follow-up, status, and handoffs.

Data Agents

Move it, clean it, reconcile it, and keep it current across systems.

Customer Agents

Answer, qualify, book, and follow up, with a person behind them.

Watchdog Agents

Monitor a number or a competitor and raise a flag the moment it moves.

Every agent has a job and a number. We do not deploy an agent because it is interesting. It gets scoped to a task somebody is doing today, with a measure of whether it is doing it better, and it is retired if it is not.

Swell Studio

Where you configure them.

Studio is the console. It is where the rules get written, the work gets approved, and you watch what your agents are doing in real time. No code, and no ticket to us to change a limit.

Swell API

Wire it into what you already run.

Swell is not a walled garden. The API lets your own systems trigger agents, read results, and push data back, so the platform becomes part of your stack rather than another tab your team has to remember.

Your CRM fires an event. An agent picks it up. The result lands back in your system, not in ours.

Your Dashboard

Full visibility, whenever you want it.

Your dashboard comes with the engagement. Sign in whenever you want and see exactly what moved, what changed, and why.

What Moved

Your position, your spend, and your funnel, current rather than compiled last month.

Every Action, Logged

What the platform changed, when, and the reasoning behind it, in plain language.

What Needs You

Anything outside the guardrails waits for your approval instead of being guessed at.

The Competitive Picture

Where each competitor you named is gaining, holding, or losing against you.

Your Guardrails

The limits you set, visible and editable, so you always know what it can and cannot do.

The Humans On It

Swell does not replace your team at Wave. Senior people still own the strategy and read the same screen you do.

Common Questions

Questions clients ask.

Does this replace my account team?+
No. Swell handles the continuous work a person cannot do at three in the morning: watching, comparing, and adjusting. A seasoned CMO still owns your strategy, and senior people still read the same dashboard you do. The platform makes them faster, it does not stand in for them.
What does "trained on your business" actually mean?+
During onboarding we load what makes your business specific: services and margins, service area, seasonality, your best and worst customer types, brand rules, and the competitors that actually take your work. Swell judges every possible move against that, not against a generic industry benchmark.
Can it spend my money without asking?+
Only inside the ceilings you set, and only in the ways you approve up front. Reallocating budget between ad sets under a fixed total is a normal in-guardrail action. Raising the total is not, unless you explicitly allow it. Anything outside the rules stops and waits for you.
Do I have to use Wave for everything to get Swell?+
No. Swell works on whichever channels we manage. Plenty of clients start with one, usually paid or search, and widen it once they can see what it is doing.
Who owns the data and the accounts?+
You do. Your ad accounts, your analytics, and your data stay yours, and you keep them if we ever part ways. We work inside your accounts rather than holding them in ours.
Can we run it on our own infrastructure?+
Yes, that is Harbor: the whole platform installed inside your environment, on your stack and your data, run by your own team.
Is Swell available to license?+
Yes. Agencies and larger in-house teams can license Swell to run themselves. Talk to us about what that looks like.
