Hear this article read aloud.
Most people only call a commercial real estate broker when it is time to buy, sell or check what a building is worth. Realty Wealth Property Solutions thinks owners should hear from an advisor long before that, and its new website is built to start that conversation early.
Realty Wealth is a commercial real estate advisory firm on Long Island, founded by Ron Epstein, with brokerage, property management, asset management and consulting under one roof. Its leadership team brings more than a hundred years of combined industry experience, and its line says the rest: Commercial Real Estate for Real People. The firm’s focus is helping small and mid-size property owners build, protect and preserve their wealth, including the many who manage their own buildings.

One thing every page points at
A website for a firm like this can easily become a brochure: services, team, a contact form, and a visitor who leaves without ever saying a word. We gave this one a single centerpiece instead, and every page leads back to it.
That centerpiece is the Property IQ check. It began as the firm’s own quiz, a set of questions about how an owner runs a building, which on the old site returned a single number and stopped. A number on its own tells an owner nothing they can act on, and tells the firm nothing it can call about. So we rebuilt it around what happens after the last answer.

How the check works
An owner answers ten questions, which takes under five minutes. The questions are the firm’s own, drawn from a larger set, so someone who takes it twice sees a different mix. They cover the things owners tend to put off: vendor contracts, who meets the inspector, tenant service requests, loan obligations, permits and municipal codes, CAM recoveries, lease abstracts and what competing properties are offering.
The first question is live right on the home page, because a separate landing page between somebody and question one is where most people stop. And the check asks for nothing up front. No email address is needed to see the results. The full report appears on screen as soon as the last answer is in.
That report is the point. It gives a score out of 100, then goes through the answers one by one and explains what each one means for the property, in the terms an owner measures things in: a delayed closing, an uncollected recovery, a tenant who does not renew. It shows where the owner stands across the areas the questions cover, and it ends by naming the one Realty Wealth service those answers point at, with the reasoning shown, and an invitation to bring the report to a free consultation.

An owner who wants to keep the report can have a copy emailed, with a link to come back to it. The page promises one email and no calls unless they ask for one, and the site keeps that promise.
What the firm sees
The check is also how the firm learns what owners are worried about. Every completed check arrives in Realty Wealth’s own admin with the full answer sheet beside the score, so whoever picks up the phone already knows, in the owner’s own answers, whether they self-manage, how they handle their loan covenants and which area scored lowest. The team can also take the check with an owner over the phone, scored exactly the same way as the website.
Because the report is calculated fresh from the stored answers each time it is opened, the score on the screen, the copy in an owner’s inbox and the record in the admin can never disagree.
The rest of the firm, in its own words
Around the check, the site carries the firm’s story the way the firm tells it: the four services, the team with a page for each person, available properties and the record of closed transactions, and the InfoHUB, where twenty articles from the old site, including the six-part guide to understanding cap rates, now live alongside the firm’s videos. Every address from the old site redirects to its new home, and the site is built so search engines and AI assistants can read who the firm is and what it does.
Thank you
Thank you to Ron Epstein and the whole Realty Wealth team for the care they put into every round of review, and for questions good enough to build a whole website around.
If you own a commercial property and have a quiet suspicion it could be doing better, take the Property IQ check. It takes five minutes, and you do not have to give anyone your email to see what it finds.
